WILSA technologies may be utilized in a wide range of applications, such as fluid filtration, water clarification, oil/water separation and enhanced fluid flow.

WILSA technologies reduce the surface tension of water-based feedstocks and improve chemical treatment.  Acidified alum is utilized to reduce the pH of humate (swamp water) and cause suspended solids to drop out of a water column.  Humate conditioned with WILSA technologies, prior to adding acidified alum, settles 40% faster than unconditioned humate treated only with alum.

Chemical treatment of humate allows suspended solids to settle at bottom of treated water columns. However, turbidity levels in the chemically treated water prevent it from being discharged directly into the environment. WILSA pulsed conditioning technology enhances water clarification.
Most of the solids in humate treated with acidified alum settle to the bottom of the chemically treated water column, but leave a cloud of suspended solids in the water phase
that keep them suspended in water
Most of the solids in humate treated with acidified alum settle to the bottom of the chemically treated water column, but leave a cloud of suspended solids in the water phase. WILSA’s pulsed fluid conditioning neutralizes electrical charges on the surface of suspended solid particles that keep them suspended in water.  This allows the solid particles to settle out of the water column and eliminates the turbidity that typically occurs with simple chemical treatment.
